Solvary is an application for the analysis of complex mathematical models in a form of ordinary differential equations (ODE). The application features include:
- Custom mathematical equation parser that supports various mathematical operators and conditional statements
- Ability to conduct stochastic and deterministic simulations for models build of any number of equations and parameters
- Data tables that automatically gather all variables and parameters allowing to set their initial conditions, type and description
- Ability to save simulation results along with model data to a single binary file of relatively small size
- Graphical presentations of time course data for any variable
- Custom mathematical equation parser that supports various mathematical operators and conditional statements
- Mixed stochastic/deterministic simulations
- Ability to summarize the results based on various iterations/variables/time points
- Time dependent parameter changes
- Ability to conduct multithreaded calculations on both local PC and on a remote computer cluster (server edition)
