Software

This section lists some of the applications developed by our group. All of the applications can be freely downloaded and used without restrictions.

Standalone applications Applications that doesn't require any additional libraries or compilers to operate, equipped with a graphical interface. Applications from this section can be used for nucleotide sequence analysis, gene information retrieval or microarray data analysis and pre-processing.

Scripts and console applications This section includes scripts and console applications written in python, matlab or R. The usage of those scripts requires only basic knowledge in bioinformatics. Tools from this section deal mostly with data processing techniques allowing to analyse various omnics data types.
