Cellab consists of three basic laboratories working together on specific molecular biology projects in order to provide a complex understanding of the analysed processes.

The laboratory includes sophisticated equipment which allows performing various molecular biology procedures including in vitro cell culture cultivation, and their analysis on genomic, proteomic and glycomic levels. |

Equipment which is a part of this laboratory allows to conduct advanced research in the field of acquisition, processing, analysis and visualization of various images with particular emphasis on images obtained in microscopic studies. |

The lab equipment is a high-computing cluster based on IBM blade servers with Hitachi disk array and cluster database system with magnetic tape backup system which serves as a basic data analysis and storage resource of the laboratory . |
